Store PICK UP ORDERS: MUST PROVIDE an IDENTIFICATION matching the name the order was ordered by.
Pick Up Orders: Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be prepared for pick up. You must wait for pick up notification to be sent before arriving to pickup order. Store hours: Monday-Fridays 10am-6pm Saturday-Sunday 11am-5pm.
Order Processing: Order processing can take anywhere between 1 to 5 business days, before shipment. (Holidays 1 to 7 business days)
All orders will be shipped Monday-Friday, orders placed after 3:00PM PST on Fridays will no be process till after 10:00am PST on Monday.
Order Policy:Damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order. ARTE BEAUTY is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.Any additional charges for returned orders due to customers error; (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc...) will be the responsibility of the customer.
